"Circuits"

The chains, made of hundreds of toothed chains, are the foundation of a DR's mechanical movement. Every chain has to experience more than 500,000 circuits in its lifetime, during which no link is allowed to drop. With strictly selected main and auxiliary double chains, a load standard 8 times that required by national safety certification standards, and a high degree of loadbearing and toughness, uDR has great performance in both durability and wear resistance, minimizing repair and maintenance during a 10-year lifecycle.

Friction Ten Thousand Times
with"Zero" Wear

The brake disc is a precise "brake" hidden inside the breast DR, ensuring that the frame can stop at any "difficult" angle every time in rotation. To this end, it has to strike the best balance between "hardness" and "toughness". High-grade medical steel with strong corrosion resistance and high stability to resist oxidation under extreme conditions enables our DR to maintain stable performance regardless of time and environment. Taking both plasticity and toughness into accounts also enables it to achieve close to zero wear after tens of thousands instances of friction, which is the secret to achieving unfailing braking force within a 10-year life cycle.

Flexible Stretch and Contraction
with Zero Lag

The telescopic arm is the "backbone" of our DR suspension system. Countless mechanical movements upwards and downwards tolerate zero lag, ensuring that it can accurately stop at any position. To achieve this, the invisible inner wall under the "arm" must also be extremely smooth. High-strength aluminum alloy with a surface finish of 1.6um and a dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm ensures that the inner and outer walls fit closely, and the stretching and contracting movements are smooth with no lag.

15N Operating Force Can Produce the Effect of
"Levering a Heavy Object with a Small Force"

The lifting column is the amazing force that moves DR. In order to meet the needs of various applications, DR must be retractable. It not only needs to be folded into a compact tool for easy movement, but also needs to be unfolded to two meters high for clinical needs. That's why we rely on a strand of twisted alloy steel wire ropes, a 10-year maintenance-free ultra-polymer self-lubricating pulley block, and a high elasticity spring that can withstand tons of twining, rotating, stretching and contracting. This enables the equipment to produce the effect of "levering a heavy object with a small force," and be folded or unfolded smoothly with 15N of operating force.
