Main Responsibilities

Major responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

1. Responsible to build up the technical roadmap of Medical robot for whole Robot business unit;

2. Lead the Medical Robot System concept design and detail design;

3. Lead R&D department to optimization and design change the detail design base on unit test and system test result;

4. Lead the Medical robot system clinical try and certification process and tasks;

5. Lead the Medical robot system NPI to set up stable volume production;

6. Lead the Medical robot system products to finish install base and training and customer service tasks and products phase out tasks.



Qualification Requirements

1. PHD major on Engineering;

2. Experience in MRI, CT, DSA, and DR imaging technical and navigate technical;

3. More than two project experience of whole R&D process for Surgery robot system, More than 8 years medical robot R&D experience;

4. Knowledge in Medical robot system R&D process and the detail tasks of the whole products life cycle management;

5. Knowledge in the technical trend of Medical robot and main competitor’s advantage and disadvantage in the market;

6. Experience in precision mechatronics control technical;

7. Experience in precision transfer structure design technical;

8. Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in the whole process for clinical trial and Certification application for FDA,CE,CFDA;

2. Knowledge in IEC requirement and law requirement of Medical robot;

3. Familiar with workflow of normal surgery;

4. Experience in Imaging post process software technical;

5. Experience in sensors for optics and electron-magnetic and electronics technical;

6. Experience in artificial circuit and digital circuit technical;

7. Experience in AI algorithms and software develop platform;

8. Strong publication record (including patents).
