Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement new imaging modes, signal path architecture and algorithms.

2. Tune diagnostic ultrasound systems for optimal image quality on a range of transducers and imaging features.

3. Work with electrical and mechanical team for system integration, imaging contrast resolution improvement.

4. Work closely with product and clinical team to understand their imaging requirement and verify the performance across different transducers and imaging applications.

5. Develop various functional imaging modes including elastography, 3D/4D imaging, contrast agents imaging.

6. Optimize system architecture and training methods for specific clinical application and customer needs.

7. Provide solutions based on ultrasound physics and imaging artifacts.

Minimum Requirements

1. MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics or related field.

2. Ph.D. degree is preferred.

3. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in ultrasound research and/or product development.

4. Experience with ultrasound beamforming, ultrasound basic modes, ultrasound sequence design, optimal acquisition 

5. Design, signal and image processing.

6. AI & Deep learning research experience is desired.

7. Python, C++, and Matlab programming languages.
